STK Denver (1550 Market Street, LoDo) posts a Happy Hour Menu running Monday–Friday 2:30pm–6:30pm, Saturday–Sunday 2:30pm–5:30pm, and Monday–Friday plus Sunday 9pm–11pm, with a $3 | $6 | $9 Social Hour. Hapa Sushi LoDo (1514 Blake Street) posts Early Bird Happy Hour every day 2:30pm–5:30pm (online 2:30pm–4:30pm) and Night Owl Happy Hour Friday and Saturday 10pm–midnight, both windows listing 2 for $12 sushi rolls, $7.5 sake cocktails, a $12 sake bomb, $7 house wine, $8 well drinks, $6.6 hot sake, and $4 Hapa beer. Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar LoDo (1539 17th St) posts happy hour all night Monday and Tuesday–Sunday 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, with Crackerjax oysters $2 each, west coast oyster of the day $3, chargrilled oyster $5, a $5 fried oyster roll, a $3 deviled egg, an $8 oyster shooter, $1 off draft beer, and an Odell Lagerado can $5.

Hapa's Early Bird adds happy hour nigiri Friday and Saturday only, plus discounted appetizers in both windows. Jax rounds out the tray with $6 french fries and a $5 chile lime fish tostada. How to run it
Start at STK at 2:30 for the $3 | $6 | $9 band. Walk to Hapa by 4 for 2-for-$12 rolls and a $7.5 sake cocktail. If it is oyster weather, Jax runs 3–6 Tuesday through Sunday and all night Monday — the $2 Crackerjax line is the cheapest oyster in the directory. Full windows live on Deals and On now.
